The questions we get about this plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It is month to month, so you can cancel whenever you like and you are not charged again. You keep your site either way — you own your code, your content and your domain, and we hand everything over without a fuss.
What counts as a minor edit?
The 5 to 10 minute kind: swapping a photo, updating your hours, fixing a typo, adding a testimonial, changing a phone number. Send as many as you like. Bigger changes like new pages, new features or a redesign are quoted separately at a fair hourly or flat rate, and we tell you the price before we start.
My site is on Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy — can you take it over?
Sometimes. Sites built on those platforms cannot be moved as-is, because the platform owns the software your site runs on. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether migrating is possible or whether rebuilding makes more sense. If rebuilding is the answer we will say so, and we will tell you what it costs.
Do I have to have my site rebuilt first?
No. We manage sites other people built all the time. It does not matter who made it, as long as it is a real website we can host.
How do I send edits?
Email contact@wasatchweb.net or call us. There is no ticket system and no portal to log into. You email a person who knows your site, and most small changes are done the same day.
