Wasatch I.T.: What People Mean When They Search That, and What Wasatch Web Actually Does
If you typed "wasatch i.t." into Google, you are probably looking for IT support: someone to fix your network, set up new computers, or handle a server issue. Wasatch Web is not that kind of company.
If you typed "wasatch i.t." into Google, you are probably looking for IT support: someone to fix your network, set up new computers, or handle a server issue. Wasatch Web is not that kind of company. We build websites, apps, and AI automation for Utah businesses, mostly golf courses and event venues, med spas and skin clinics, and local service businesses like pest control, fencing, and home services companies. We do not manage hardware, run help desks, or fix printers.
We are based in Riverton, Utah, founded in 2018 by brothers Kareem Chams and Ryan Chams. We build everything in house, nothing is outsourced, and clients own their code, content, hosting, and domain outright. We are rated 5.0 from 18 verified KSL reviews with zero negative reviews, and we have worked with over 300 businesses across the state.
What "wasatch i.t." usually means
I.T. stands for information technology, and in most searches it means one of a few things:
- Setting up or troubleshooting a computer network
- Managing servers, backups, or cybersecurity
- Help desk support for employees
- Installing and maintaining hardware like printers, routers, or phone systems
That is real, necessary work, and it is a different job from what we do. If your business needs someone on call for a server outage or a ransomware scare, you want a dedicated IT provider, not a web design company. We are not going to pretend otherwise.
Wasatch Web is not an IT support company
We get this mix-up fairly often because the name sounds close, and because some agencies do try to offer a little bit of everything. We do not. Our work is focused entirely on your online presence: the website itself, the systems that run on top of it, and the automation that helps you capture and respond to leads.
We do not manage your office network. We do not troubleshoot your point-of-sale hardware. We do not provide a help desk line for employee laptop issues. If that is what you need, talk to a local IT provider who specializes in it.
What Wasatch Web actually does
Our work falls into three areas: web design, app development, and AI automation. In practice, most clients land in one of three plans.
Managed Website, $99 a month
This is for a business that already has a site built, either by us or elsewhere, and just needs it hosted, kept secure, and maintained. It is month to month, cancel anytime, and it is the right fit if you are not looking for a new build or active marketing, just reliable upkeep.
Business Website Plan, $299 a month
This is our most common plan, and it is a 12-month term. It includes a custom built website, managed Google and Meta ad campaigns, hosting, security, technical SEO, analytics, an AI chatbot on your site, dedicated landing pages for your ads, two blog posts a month, and a dedicated account manager you can actually reach. Ad budget itself is paid directly to Google or Meta and we never mark it up.
Growth Partner, $899 a month
This is also a 12-month term, and it builds on everything in the Business Website Plan with full ad management across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Google Local Service Ads, plus monthly reporting and a recurring strategy call. This is for businesses ready to run ads on more channels and want closer oversight of performance.
If none of those fit and you just need a one-off project, like a custom app or a standalone site rebuild, we quote those per project. Most land somewhere between $1,500 and $8,000 depending on scope.
Who we actually build for
Most of our clients fall into a few categories: golf courses and event venues, med spas and skin clinics, and local service businesses like pest control, fencing, and other home service or professional service companies. These businesses tend to need the same things: a site that loads fast, books appointments or tee times without friction, and ranks for the handful of search terms their actual customers use.
As one example, we built the site for Eaglewood Golf Course in North Salt Lake, which handles tee time booking, event inquiries, and dining information. You can see that work at Eaglewood Golf Course.
We also built the site for Iconic Skin Boutique in Salt Lake City, a med spa with a full treatment menu and online booking built into the site. You can view that project at Iconic Skin Boutique.
If you need traditional IT support
We are not going to recommend a specific provider, since that is outside what we do, but here is what to look for if a network issue, not a website issue, is what actually brought you here:
- Someone who offers a response time guarantee for outages
- Clear pricing for ongoing support versus one-off fixes
- Experience with the specific hardware or software your business already runs
- A contract that spells out what is and is not covered
None of that is something we offer, and we would rather tell you that upfront than waste your time on a sales call.
How to tell if Wasatch Web is the right call
If any of the following sound like your situation, we are probably the right fit:
- Your website is outdated, slow, or was not built by professionals in the first place
- You are running ads but have no dedicated landing page or clear way to track what is working
- You want an AI chatbot on your site so leads get a response outside business hours
- You already have a site you like but it needs reliable hosting, security, and upkeep
- You want someone local, in Riverton, who answers the phone and owns the whole build
If instead you are dealing with a server crash, an office network that keeps dropping, or employees locked out of their email, that is a different problem and a different kind of company solves it.
What this means if you landed here by mistake
If "wasatch i.t." brought you here and you actually meant web design, app development, or AI automation for your Utah business, you are in the right place. We would rather be upfront about what we do not do than let you book a call expecting network support and leave disappointed.
If your business falls into golf and event venues, med spas and skin clinics, or local service work, and your actual problem is an outdated site, no lead tracking, or ads with no landing page to send traffic to, that is exactly what the Business Website Plan is built to fix.
From there, our Managed Website plan covers upkeep if you already have a site you like, and our Growth Partner plan is there once you are ready to run ads across more channels with closer reporting.
